FORCE

With the Ingersoll Rand 1" cordless impact wrench, you'll always have more than 4,000 Nm of power ready and under control. 4,000 Nm of torque for nut busting and 3,000 Nm for tightening. Four power control modes, including two with automatic shut-off (at 250 and 550 Nm of tightening torque). The integrated power control system includes two modes that will stop the tool in SNUG or MID-POWER mode near the above settings.

PRODUCTIVITY

Reduce set-up time by up to 15% compared to adjusting air tools to get more work done in a day. Increase productivity and operator comfort by eliminating the need to carry and plug in an air hose. Four power control modes with two power cut-off stages (250 and 550 Nm). The high-torque impact wrench battery uses the existing IQV20 battery platform with enough power for all-day operation. It provides excellent ergonomics - both batteries are integrated into the tool's frame, making handling less difficult.

RESISTANCE

IP56 rating for use in harsh environments such as fleet maintenance, oil and gas, power and rail. This means that this cordless impact wrench is protected from dust and particles in the air as well as strong water jets.  The impact- and chemical-resistant composite housing can withstand almost all liquids found in maintenance shops or construction sites.

CAPACITY

  Up to 250 bolts per charge - enough capacity to handle all the bolts and nuts in a full day's work. Reduce total cost of ownership by utilizing existing battery inventory - the W9491 and W9691 use the same 20V lithium-ion battery used in Ingersoll Rand's entire IQV20 cordless tool line. The 6" extended length version allows better access to recessed areas and hard-to-reach applications.
